I made this video for Fernando, and this album an architect friend of mine in Bolivia. Some of you might find it fun though? An alternative viewpoint to those of you who have deigned to enter the property trap :)

Amazingly romantic place, love the windowed corridor and stairs and tower windows (was that a hot tub on the roof next door i saw? could you break in at night?) Of course the plumbing needs work, kitchen and bathroom and bidet ... that 'servants quarter' room was a bit of a trip. Is that where you'll put us when we come to stay?!
Posted by: Elgy at September 12, 2007 07:44 PMVid doesn't seem to work.
P.S. Do us a favour, call the Argentinian players who are here for the Rugby World Cup on the 29th and tell them they left the gas on, maybe then Ireland will qualify for the quarter finals.

Posted by: Brendan at September 12, 2007 08:16 PMI take it all back, the vid works. Very '24' style camerawork.

Posted by: ---- at September 12, 2007 08:33 PMIf you can't get the video to work you should try http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ to see if you can download a player..
The camera work (a la 24) is the production of one Jonas Rama ...

Posted by: TONES at September 12, 2007 08:38 PMSo, are you buying it or what? Looking for investors? How much???
Assume this is the place you told me about on Sunday?
Inspection, inspection, inspection. Especially since you are going to have to throw more money at it to fix it up.
What's in the glasswalled thing in the middle? Can it be taken out? Would be cool to have a solarium or some such.

Posted by: Elena at September 12, 2007 09:10 PMWendy asked about price,
I was thinking of buying the floor in question but the loft (top floor, 7th.) is for sale too so if anyone wants to take the risk to buy a floor we could bargain together. The place used to be a residencia (long-term hostel) and is zoned as such. Top floor is cheaper because it is a little smaller (still > 150M2).
For those of you wo really want detail
